Taradise Mediterranean Specialties 2022

So, how does an award winning business retail store prepare a young woman for motherhood? We are going to share it with our founder, Tara of Taradise. 

Tara, now being a mother at 32, manages her small webstore in Florida and invitational pop up  trunk shows. Tara writes the attributes that prepared her for all things mom.

Tara is a graduate of Lynn University, studied at New York University, a real estate school student and received her esthetician license through the state of Florida in skincare. 

Developing a retail store is management and what you do with your day at the store. 

At Taradise, I would be able to work from different areas of the business whether it be the merchandising or pricing that day, inventory or customer service. Being a mother is quite the same. You must be equip to manage your time and do multiple jobs at once to keep baby happy and healthy. A baby also begins with a very busy schedule that we must be on time for. I was comfortable with early wake ups with my daughter and prepping what we would need during the nights and days.  

There are no days where you just "don't feel like it." Having a commitment to retail is comparable to having a baby. As the leader and owner of a store, there is always a sense of confidence that you have to have everyday to be great at the store 24/7. It goes right with having your child open their eyes and await for you to show them activities, sensory and play time. From experiencing that demand of the store every day, I am more than ready to get my daughter up each day and give her quality involvement.

The store marketing, to the dresses we imported, I wanted it to be the best. Same goes for my daughter. I do the extra steps to make sure she is getting to do new things. Having Taradise store allowed me to discover Greece and connect to products that I love. I feel I am making sure she is given a chance early on to succeed in what interests her. 

I have enjoyed bringing the Greek into my daughters parties and manage all of the details from the themes she likes and activities. My Taradise designed bracelets are always a great way to bond with my daughter. We have made several bracelet stacks for her teachers and family gifts!

As Taradise starts out 2022, Tara will utilize our platform with informative mom wellness, fun places for mom and baby to go to, designs and managing mompreneur daily life.
